Sales

Supervised building maintenance & upkeep. Conducted tenant interview & selection processes according to Federal Fair Housing Laws. Managed all tenant Leasing agreements, suggestions, complaints, evictions & rental payments. 
Coordinated government compliance including: building fire alarm system inspections and code enforcement. Generated very successful advertising ads.
